Making: Morning After The Revolution

Great week with James, and I can't wait to ride this bike!

Building a new single-speed bike frame means riding a new single-speed bike is around the corner.

Riding a single-speed increases fitness, particularly in terms of muscular endurance and cardiovascular fitness, as it forces you to push yourself harder and develop strength at different cadence and force production levels.

High winds the past few days spanked my ass and made me feel great at the end of the rides. The only place I retain strength at my age is my legs and I have Iowa winds to thank for that.
